Caitlin Wolowski

 Caitlin Wolowski is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Indiana and currently provides psychotherapy to individuals over 18. She completed her Masters degree in Social Work in 2008 from Loyola University Chicago. After her graduate training, she began a 6 year long journey in medical social work. Her clinical experiences focused on mental health and chronic illness/pain, trauma, life span transitions, emotional/physical/sexual abuse and systemic care. For her undergraduate work, she earned a Bachelors of Applied Health Science degree with a major in Psychology from the University of Evansville in 2006.

In her clinical practice, her work with individuals focuses on helping people to better manage and cope with issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma (childhood and adult), chronic illness and pain, life transition specifically around parenthood, grief/loss, postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, poor self-esteem and/or other maladaptive behaviors. Caitlin also holds a certificate in post-partum mood and anxiety disorder treatment. Her passion is working with new moms, those that hope to be moms, and those that have experienced loss around conception and pregnancy.

Caitlin implements a customized treatment approach that is tailored to each person’s needs. In her work with individuals, she utilizes several practice methodologies, which include strengths-based perspective, trauma-informed therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and mindfulness.

In her free time Caitlin enjoys spending time with her husband, two kids, and their cat Pete. She is a lover of walks outside, all the indoor plants, and reading a good book on the couch.
